  I would like to send out a Big THANK YOU to Louis Sr., Louis Jr. and the entire staff at Vazza Funeral Home for handling all of our needs with the compassion, tact, and utmost professionalism. They have made it into my top 5 list of best customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. My beautiful daughter passed away at the young age of 25 years and I was devastated, I was amazed at how smooth and painless they helped make the process from the moment they arrived to bring her to the funeral home for the services. This is owed in great part to Louis Jr.. He will guide you gently and efficiently through the process with grace and ease (down to the last minute details). Less than an hour after meeting this man, I knew I could trust him with anything.
  
  There is no hard sell. There is no saccharine veneer. There is only a sincere desire to help with the highest degree of integrity from their warm and compassionate support. Our entire family and friends that attended the services held on July 26th 2014 for Krystina M. McDermott thank you and we are forever grateful for all that you've done to help us get through this difficult and tragic time.
